It's official. Ultimate Electronics, the bankrupt Colorado electronics retailer, will close all 46 of its stores, including the one in Greenfield.

The liquidation sale started last week at 30% off.

Stores will honor gift cards throughout the duration of the sale. Returns will be accepted on purchases made before February 11 with a receipt and in compliance with the pre-existing Ultimate Electronics return policy.

All sales made on or after February 11, 2011 are final. Manufacturers' warranties remain in effect on all merchandise.

The company is using two liquidators: Hillco and Gordon Brothers, to run the sale.
